  • Regulatory Compliance: Our coverage meets or exceeds the minimum liability requirements set forth for businesses operating within our industry and jurisdiction.
  • Risk Management: We proactively maintain appropriate insurance limits to ensure responsible risk management and to safeguard all parties interacting with our company.
  • Proof of Insurance: Certificates of insurance (COI) are available upon request for clients, vendors, or partners who require documentation.

Return and Refund Policy

At Never Miss Your Shot Golf LLC we take great pride in delivering high-quality video and photographs tailored to each golfer's experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the final videos or photographs ("Deliverables") are sent or made available to you ("Delivery Date").

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must submit a written request to info@nevermissyourshotgolf.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • You must allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and, if possible, remedy the issue before a refund is considered.
  • Any refund request submitted after fourteen (14) days from the Delivery Date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The refund request is received after the 14-day period has expired.
  • The Deliverables have been approved, downloaded, shared, published, or otherwise used.
  • Dissatisfaction arises from personal taste, artistic differences, or other subjective preferences inconsistent with the agreed project scope.
  • The issue results from third-party factors, such as printing variations, color calibration differences, or hosting platform display issues.
  • All creative and artistic decisions are made in accordance with industry standards and the approved project brief. These judgments are final and non-refundable once approved.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be limited to the original amount paid for the specific Deliverables in question. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Agreement

By commissioning our services or accepting the final Deliverables, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Summary: We keep customer data created after a service purchase for a maximum of 30 days from creation. After 30 days, we securely and permanently delete it (including backups), unless the law requires us to keep limited records longer.

  • Customer support messages and attachments

3. Our Retention Period

We retain your data for a maximum of 30 days from the date it is created.

After 30 days:

  • Personal and service data are securely and permanently deleted from active systems and backups.
  • Any copies, logs, or derived datasets are also deleted or anonymized.
  • Deleted data cannot be accessed or recovered.

  • To deliver and support your purchased service
  • To address technical issues or billing inquiries
  • To ensure security, reliability, and compliance during active use

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

5. Exceptions

We may retain limited information longer only when:

  • Required by law (for example tax or payment records)
  • Needed to resolve an ongoing legal matter, dispute, or investigation

Such records are stored separately and securely, with access limited to authorized personnel only.

6. How Deletion Works

  • When 30 days pass, deletion is automatic across active systems and backups.
  • Deletion methods follow industry standards (for example NIST SP 800-88 secure overwriting or cryptographic erasure).
  • Our vendors are contractually required to follow the same timelines and provide confirmation of compliance.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • Request an export of your data at any time within the 30-day period.
  • Request early deletion of your data before 30 days have passed.
  • Contact us with any questions about storage, use, or deletion.
